About this role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel arrangements and provide tailored travel solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the travel industry, hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and the ability to coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa applications, and tour packages efficiently.
Responsibilities

Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and travel insurance.

Provide expert travel advice and design tailored itineraries for clients.

Process visa applications and manage documentation compliance.

Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and build client relationships.

Manage booking changes, refunds, and customer inquiries.
Requirements

A minimum of an HND in a related field is preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel consulting or sales.

Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.

Proven basic knowledge of visa processing for major destinations.

At least some basic exposure to Tour packaging (hotel booking, transfers and Tours)

Excellent customer service, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

Resident on the island due to commuting

Benefits
