Job Summary

To provide professional travel advisory and booking services for clients by offering tailored travel solutions, ensuring smooth travel experiences, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Location: Ikota – Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

Advise clients on suitable travel options- Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
Provide information on visa requirements, currency exchange rates, and insurance policies
Keep up to date with changes in travel regulations
Handle customer complaints and inquiries
Monitor changes in travel trends and recommend new destinations
Maintain client records and update them regularly
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and safety standards

Requirements

Bsc/HND in any related field
Hands on experience with itinerary planning and visa processing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proximity to location
Females for gender balance
Familiarity with booking tools and travel platforms
