Description
- A Travel Consultant is needed to oversee end-to-end travel arrangements and deliver personalized travel solutions that meet clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and proven expertise in coordinating flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and tour packages.
Responsibilities
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and travel insurance.
- Provide expert travel advice and design tailored itineraries for clients.
- Process visa applications and manage documentation compliance.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and build client relationships.
- Manage booking changes, refunds, and customer inquiries.
Requirements
- BSC/HND in a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel consulting or sales.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.
- Proven basic knowledge of visa processing for major destinations.
- At least some basic exposure to Tour packaging (hotel booking, transfers and Tours)
- Excellent customer service, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
