Regional consulting firm looking to add a talented Transportation Engineer to their Chicago, Illinois area office!
Responsibilities

Lead/manage

technical design of various projects including urban/rural roadways, multi-use
-
paths, park designs/developments
-
Perform Office
-
Manager duties for office including personnel/job assignments
-
Responsible
-
for client management and overall project performance metrics
-
Review
-
design plans for compliance with federal, state and local regulations
-
Work with
-
project manager to establish project scope, budget, timelines and designs
-
Communicate/meet
-
with municipal clients, including cities, utility companies and state agencies
-
Mentor/train

junior staff
Requirements
-
B.S.
-
Degree in Civil Engineering
-
5+ years
-
of experience
-
PE License
-
Experience
-
working in IDOT project development process, construction documentation and
-
administration
-
Experience
-
with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
-
Salary is commensurate with experience.
