Business Title: Transportation Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing

Communicate with carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.
Manage routing guide. Assist in shipping requests by processing shipping reports to set up and contact carriers for pickup.
Coordinate daily transportation activities and shipments and arrange carrier bookings and monitor freight movements.
Process minor shipping requests include redirecting freight, changing freight terms, etc.
Ensure timely delivery and resolve transportation issues or delays.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents and transportation records.
Monitor transportation costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

What We Are Looking For

2-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
Experience coordinating domestic and international transportation activities.
Familiarity with warehouse and distribution operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of transportation management and freight operations.
Understanding of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs requirements of Hong Kong/foreign countries.
Proficiency in ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred qualifications：
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other logistics systems. Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, manufacturing, or technology logistics environments.
Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage.
