About the Role Atoms is hiring a Transport Operations Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for transport and last-mile roles, partnering with operations teams in San Francisco. This role focuses on building scalable recruitment processes to support rapid hiring in a dynamic physical AI company. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for transport/fleet/last-mile roles
- Source candidates and screen them to fit the requirements
- Close offers and manage candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders; manage 10–15 requisitions
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for talent sourcing
- Drive data-driven recruiting metrics and process improvements What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience
- Track record hiring transport/fleet/last-mile roles
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management
- Data-driven recruiting approach
- Ability to manage 10–15 requisitions concurrently Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for transport/operations in field roles Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120k-$160k per year
