REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Logistics or Transport Management.
- Valid Class B & D driving licence with a solid understanding of PSV and NTSA regulations.
- 4+ years of experience managing a fleet of 5 or more vehicles.
- Experience in a school, matatu or Sacco environment is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of insurance procedures, mechanical and repair
- Strong people skills, problem-solving and cost control with the ability to maintain accurate transport records and handle parent concerns professionally.
