About the Role Based in Saint-Ouen (Paris), the apprentice Transport and Database Analyst, under the supervision of the Transport & Warehousing Controller, updates databases, performs pre-billing analysis within the European division and updates presentations. What You'll Do
- Update transport tariff databases
- Update tariffs based on information from buyers
- Correct obsolete carriers and equipment used
- Standardize postal codes and city names
- Analyze pre-billing
- Daily tracking of error report
- Analyze manual price changes by factories
- Search and correct erroneous distances
- Other tasks
- Extract European fuel indices (IRU)
- Occasional support to factories on the pre-billing tool
- Regular progress checks and learning objectives What We're Looking For
- MBA, Master or Licence in transport, logistics, procurement, or data analytics; minimum 2-year university degree in accounting/control
- Business School background
- IT skills: Office suite, with strong Excel; experience with Excel Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI; Python is a plus; PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Languages: French (intermediate to good), English (intermediate to experienced); German and/or Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of the transport environment and basic accounting/financial management; rigorous with good interpersonal skills Nice to Have
