What you´ll do

Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods on time; Coordinate with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers; Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower; Manage express deliveries to cover rush orders; Keep and assure Master data updates; Monitor deliveries ongoing via track & trace tool; Manage transport complaints; Provide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance; Provide transport KPIs reports to support carrier performance review.

What makes you a good fit

Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields; Previous experience in a similar role is a plus; Transportation; Customer orientation; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; High level of enthusiasm and problem solving skills; Fluent in English; MS Office package.
