The role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to shape, sell and lead business transformation engagements, connecting strategy, investment, execution and measurable outcomes.

As a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, you will define transformation priorities, design target operating models and lead strategic offices that bring together portfolio governance, delivery, organisational change and value realisation.

This role goes beyond programme coordination and reporting. You will challenge investment choices, resolve cross-functional trade-offs and build transformation capabilities that adapt as business priorities evolve.

You will also shape the transformation office of the future, where professionals work alongside AI agents to anticipate issues, support decisions and reduce routine coordination, with clear human accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on transformation priorities, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, investment needs and measurable outcomes.

• Design target operating models across people, processes, governance, data and technology, leading transformation through implementation, adoption and capability transfer.

• Establish and lead PMO, SMO, VMO and TMO capabilities with clear mandates, accountability and decision rights.

• Align portfolio priorities, funding, capacity and dependencies through governance that resolves trade-offs and drives action.

• Develop investment cases and benefits-realisation plans with credible baselines, measurable outcomes and accountable business owners.

• Partner with Finance to assess returns and realised value, recommending when to accelerate, reshape or stop initiatives.

• Develop AMO capabilities using AI agents for portfolio analysis, scenario planning, risk monitoring, reporting and action follow-up.

• Introduce AI agents with approved data, controlled workflows and traceability, retaining human accountability and scaling based on measurable benefits.

• Originate opportunities, shape proposals and lead commercial discussions to convert executive conversations into funded transformation engagements.

• Deliver agreed pipeline, bookings, revenue and margin targets while managing engagement performance, coaching teams and building reusable consulting methods.

• What you bring

• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation or portfolio leadership, including strategic transformation offices and complex international programmes.

• A track record in executive advisory, operating model design, organisational change and transformation delivery, with the ability to facilitate C-level discussions and challenge constructively.

• Strong business acumen, including investment prioritisation, financial oversight and benefits realisation, alongside proven success in business development, proposal leadership and client relationship growth.

• Practical knowledge of portfolio governance, Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and traditional delivery approaches, applied according to business needs.

• Collaborative, entrepreneurial leadership and practical AI literacy. Experience with AI-enabled workflows or agent-assisted operations is an advantage; AI engineering expertise is not required.

• Education, certifications and languages

• Required: A degree in engineering, information systems, business, economics or a related discipline.

• Valued: PMP, SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP or relevant transformation, change and value-management certifications.

• Languages: Native-level Spanish and advanced English (C1).
