Join a global finance operations team that supports accurate, compliant and timely transfer pricing across Crop Protection and Seeds businesses. This role combines financial analysis, process excellence and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic international environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute annual transfer pricing-setting cycles for assigned legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Maintain, update and recalculate standard transfer prices as business and operational requirements evolve.
  • Review, document and communicate non-standard transfer prices to relevant finance and business stakeholders.
  • Analyse intercompany supply-chain flows and apply appropriate transfer-pricing calculations based on entity profiles and transaction structures.
  • Manage operational workflows, task tracking, user access and supporting documentation within transfer-pricing tools and collaboration platforms. Further responsibilities and role details will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; CA, CMA/ICWA or MBA qualifications are also relevant.

  • Typically 5–8 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, accounting, pricing or a comparable field.

  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.

  • Practical experience working with financial data, calculations and reporting processes.

  • Proven ability to manage structured workflows, prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across cultures, functions and global stakeholder groups.

  • Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in transfer pricing, product costing, pricing operations or intercompany finance processes.

  • Familiarity with supply-chain transaction flows and legal-entity business models.

  • Experience with financial systems, data-management tools, workflow platforms or user acceptance testing.

  • Continuous-improvement mindset, including experience standardising processes or supporting automation initiatives.

  • If you are a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into reliable operational outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a global, cross-functional team. Bring your analytical discipline, ownership and collaborative approach to help strengthen accurate and efficient transfer-pricing operations.
