The internship – Transfer Pricing
As a Transfer Pricing intern, you will be fully involved in the team’s daily work. Your responsibilities will extend well beyond legal research or drafting memoranda. You may be involved in:
- Performing economic and functional analyses
- Setting up and reviewing financial models
- Conducting benchmark studies and quantitative analyses
- Drafting transfer pricing reports and cross-border advisory documents
- Supporting the team on client transactions and international projects
- Collaborating with professionals from various jurisdictions across the Baker McKenzie network
- You will receive close guidance from the team while being encouraged to take initiative. Interns are invited to attend all team and office-wide social events.

You are:
- In the third year or beyond of a university degree in one of the following fields:
- Tax Law
- Tax Economic
- Affinity with economic and financial modeling, for instance through a Bachelor or Master’s degree, Finance or Business Administration is a plus
- Or another analytical/economic study programme
- Strong academically, with an excellent CV and transcript
- Fluent in either Dutch or English (fluency in one of these languages is a strict requirement)
- Interested in transfer pricing, international business and cross-border matters
- Proactive, eager to learn and socially engaged within the team
