Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Advise health care providers, suppliers, and emerging companies on complex transactional, business, and regulatory matters
- Support significant transactions and analyze complex regulatory requirements and provide clear, practical, and actionable legal guidance
- Draft legal analyses, agreements, and other transactional documents
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ operations, business objectives, and strategic goals
- Collaborate with attorneys across health care specialties, including fraud and abuse, licensing and certification, and reimbursement matters
- Assist clients navigating evolving health care regulations and industry developments
- Build substantive expertise in health care law through meaningful client work and mentorship
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission required
- Junior to mid-level associate experience
- Experience working with complex regulatory frameworks and/or significant transactional matters
- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex legal issues into concise and practical advice for clients
- Strong interest in health care law and the business of health care
- Collaborative, client-focused approach
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $225,000–$370,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
