Transaction Processing Specialist

On- Site Position

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Transaction Processing Specialist to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. In this on-site position, you will support transaction processing activities for a major client while working in a structured, team-oriented environment.

The Transaction Processing Specialist is responsible for completing assigned processing activities accurately and efficiently while following established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and protecting confidential information.

What you’ll do

• Process assigned transactions and work items accurately and efficiently.

• Follow established procedures, guidelines, and client requirements when completing daily assignments.

• Review information carefully to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Use computer systems and other technology required to complete assigned work.

• Maintain productivity and quality expectations established for the position.

• Identify discrepancies or issues and follow established procedures for resolution or escalation.

• Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable security, privacy, and client requirements.

• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals.

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new computer systems and processes.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to successfully complete the required background check and 5-panel drug screening.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $ 26,600- $ 33,250.
