Position Summary
Leads and coordinates complex document imaging operations, including scanning workflow, work allocation, quality oversight, escalated exception resolution, and operational reporting. Provides subject matter guidance, training, and process improvement support to ensure client accuracy, security, and turnaround requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates daily image scanning workflow, work allocation, and coverage based on volume and priority.
- Monitors scanning queues, turnaround time, productivity, and image quality; rebalances work to meet client requirements.
- Performs final review and resolves escalated scanning, indexing, reconciliation, and image-quality exceptions.
- Ensures batch control, chain-of-custody, secure document handling, and image retention procedures are followed.
