As a Transaction Due Diligence Assistant Manager, you will be an important part of EY's Transaction Diligence team, working on high-profile transactions. You’ll be part of a global team of transaction specialists delivering high-quality advice to clients. EY's Transaction Advisory Services Practice helps clients determine the right deal and then do the deal right, with opportunities for mentoring and formal learning. What You'll Do

Contribute to due diligence assignments on high-profile transactions as part of EY's Transaction Diligence team.
