Transaction Advisory Services Manager
Responsibilities
-
Lead client engagements and manage technology-focused due diligence activities for middle-market transactions across multiple industries.

Partner with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and investment banks on buy-side, sell-side, and other M&A-related engagements.

Analyze complex business and transaction scenarios to identify risks, opportunities, and key operational considerations.

Manage all phases of engagement delivery, including client communication, analysis, deliverables, and project execution.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory support.

Collaborate with other service lines and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

Support business development and networking activities that contribute to practice growth.

Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing support.

Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality client service and timely delivery.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA/ACA) certification preferred.

Experience leading transaction advisory or due diligence engagements within a professional services environment preferred.

Strong ability to analyze complex business, operational, and transaction-related issues.
-
Prior experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service and meeting engagement deadlines.
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
-
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
-
Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
