About the Role
This role is placed in the service organization and belongs to a team that coordinates training and service processes. It combines responsibilities for training coordination with broader coordination tasks within the service team; roughly half the time focused on training coordination and the remainder on other coordination activities. The primary responsibility is to ensure that training activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered effectively while supporting the business in various service- and coordination-related activities. What You'll Do

Coordinate and administer training activities for internal and external stakeholders

Plan schedules, book resources, and ensure delivery of trainings

Support the coordination team in handling incoming service and repair requests from customers via phone and ticketing systems

Administer, plan, and coordinate service assignments and ensure effective distribution of work orders to technicians to meet customer needs and maintain high service levels

Collaborate with internal teams such as service, support, and other functions

Experience in coordinating or administrative role, preferably within service or training

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Proficiency with administrative systems and digital tools

Very good communication skills

Fluent Swedish and good English, in speech and writing

Personal attributes: structured, service-oriented and solution-focused; comfortable in a role with many touchpoints, good at collaboration and taking initiative; engaged and proactive Nice to Have

Danish language skills are highly meritorious
