Training & Retention Manager (Forex Brokerage)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training & Retention Manager with strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Financial Markets, and Brokerage Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client education, retention, and engagement through training programs, webinars, seminars, and market analysis while supporting business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions, webinars, seminars, and workshops for prospective, new, and existing clients.
Educate clients on Forex trading, financial markets, risk management, trading platforms, and company products.
Develop training materials, presentations, and educational content.
Provide market insights and explain market trends in a clear and engaging manner.
Develop and implement client retention and engagement strategies.
Build strong client relationships and proactively engage inactive or at-risk clients.
Collaborate with Sales, Retention, and Customer Support teams to improve client experience and retention.
Monitor training effectiveness, client engagement, and retention performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Forex Brokerage, CFD Brokerage, Financial Services, or Capital Markets environment.
Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, financial markets, and brokerage products.
Proven experience conducting training, seminars, and webinars.
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual training platforms.

Salary

N600,000 - N800,000 per month.
