About the Role
Victory Empowerment Centre, a microfinance NGO focused on improving the livelihoods of underserved communities, is seeking a Training Officer to develop training programmes on vehicle financing, credit assessment, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training on automotive retail financing, leasing, balloon payments, and commercial fleet funding.
- Train credit analysts and underwriters on credit scoring models, risk limits, loan-to-value (LTV) limits, and debt-to-income (DTI) thresholds.
- Track training outcomes, including processing errors, loan approval times, and financed vehicle volume.
- Develop compliance training on financial regulations, consumer credit laws, fair lending, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
