We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Training Officer
Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Identify training gaps through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with functional managers.
- Program Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, curricula, and policies, often using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Implementation & Delivery: Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, sometimes leading sessions directly.
- Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and provide feedback to trainers and other staff involved in learning and development.
- Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness, track progress, and report outcomes to senior management.
- Budget & Resources: Manage training budgets and resources, potentially liaising with external vendors.
- Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the training for new hires.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure training aligns with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.
