Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Produktionsbereich suchen wir einen engagierten und strukturierten Training Leader (a). In dieser Schlüsselrolle stellen Sie ein einheitlich hohes Ausbildungsniveau unserer Produktionsmitarbeitenden sicher und tragen aktiv zur nachhaltigen Kompetenzentwicklung im Cluster bei.
Sie entwickeln und koordinieren Schulungsprogramme, begleiten neue Mitarbeitende beim Einstieg und fördern bestehende Teams gezielt weiter – stets mit Fokus auf Qualität, Compliance und Zukunftsfähigkeit.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Konzeption, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsmaßnahmen für Produktionsmitarbeitende, einschließlich regelmäßiger Refresher
- Sicherstellung eines einheitlich hohen Ausbildungsniveaus der Produktionsmitarbeitenden im Bereich GMP und praktische Prozessdurchführung
