About the Role Our contract role focuses on delivering training and developing curriculum for Healthcare IT implementations, supporting users in patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification workflows, and providing ongoing support in a remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver training on Altera PFM Registration.
- Develop and maintain curriculum for patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-end revenue cycle processes.
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for training participants.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective remote training delivery and successful technology implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering training on Altera PFM Registration.
- Strong knowledge of patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-end revenue cycle.
- Curriculum development, presentation, and communication skills.
- Healthcare IT implementation experience and remote training experience.
- Familiarity with Epic as a technical tool.
