Location: 1205 Troy-Schenectady Rd., Latham, NY 12110 (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $25 an hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (based on business needs) Availability Required: 7:00 AM-8:00 PM
Position Summary
As an onsite Trainer IV, you will lead classroom training for groups of 25-30 new call center employees, teaching products, systems, client tools, and operational processes. You will monitor trainee performance and attendance, provide coaching, and support new hires through training and nesting to ensure successful graduation.
