Details of the job
- Detect the training needs of the network to make an annual training plan adjusted to the employees’ needs that enables them to compensate their development needs to achieve the proposed goals.
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the Training budget to provide with the resources necessary for the implementation of the defined goals.
- Design, implement and monitor the Annual Training Plan in order to satisfy the needs detected and comply with the proposed calendar and assigned budget together with Head of Retail.
- Optimize and manage the different external suppliers that enable the defined training plan to be carried out in order to ensure that the commitments made comply in time and form.
