About the Role P&G's Spittal an der Drau Plant is offering a 9-12 month traineeship for students pursuing science or engineering disciplines. You will join a dynamic team working on the development and production of solid and semi-solid food supplements and drug formulations such as Femibion, Bion3, Neurobion, Kytta and Vigantol, with opportunities to test technical competence and management talent from Day 1. What You'll Do
- Work on challenging projects aimed at implementing new technologies, creating concepts, and improving production processes.
- Contribute to the development of innovative technologies around continuous release, technical projects such as developing new processes, packaging solutions or new product models.
- Participate in sustainability studies around packaging and packaging waste regulation.
- From Day 1, be part of a team that invents, reuses, and develops technologies to support the production of our consumer products. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4-6 completed semesters in Science or Engineering disciplines. Targeted studies: Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Plastics Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Physics.
- Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension; creativity and problem solving skills; above-average academic performance; extra-curricular activities.
- Good communication, assertiveness and teamwork; good knowledge of English and German. Compensation & Benefits

- Compensation: This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Chemical Industry (employment group I).
