About this role
Koya Academy Cohort 4 is a free, remote 6-week training program for early-career software developers in Nigeria that teaches AI automation and helps participants prepare for and access international remote roles.
Program details:
- Format: 6 weeks, fully remote, with a 35+ hour weekly commitment
- Curriculum: Project-based learning focused on building real AI and automation projects using tools like Claude Code and n8n
- Outcomes: Develop a career-ready portfolio and qualify for placement opportunities with international founders for eligible participants who meet the program's requirements
- Exam support: Koya will cover the $125 fee for the official Claude Certified Developer – Foundations exam for eligible participants
- Track record: 70+ software developers placed with international founders so far
