Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and in-person engagements to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by identifying and engaging decision-makers in target markets.
• Work closely with the product marketing team to understand campaigns, messaging, and positioning, ensuring prospects receive clear and compelling information.
• Track and report daily outreach activity, appointment conversions, follow-ups, and campaign effectiveness to management on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified appointments and support the sales cycle.
• Gather and share feedback from prospects to help refine marketing campaigns, product positioning, and messaging.

Requirements

• Minimum of ND / OND, HND, or BSc Degree

• No prior experience required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to engage customers through in-person sales and marketing.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly pay progression based on the programme's terms and performance.

• Fixed monthly pay increases to 100,000 upon meeting the required sales target.

• 5% commission on qualifying closed sales.

• 2.) Finance Manager

• Job Location: Lagos

• Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager with strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and financial controls. The ideal candidate must be able to produce accurate financial statements, interpret financial data, and provide reliable insights that support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Oversee reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
• Ensure tax compliance, audit readiness, and effective internal controls.
• Analyse project profitability, costs, and financial performance.
• Advise management on financial risks and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance.

• Minimum of 6 years of finance experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.

• Mandatory ACA, ACCA, or ICAN qualification.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, taxation, and advanced Excel.

• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and identify financial discrepancies.

• Excellent analytical skills, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

• Salary Budget

• N800,000 / Month.

• 3.) Solar Design Engineer

• Job Location: Benin-City, Edo

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Job Purpose

• The Solar Design Engineer (SDE) is responsible for creating complete design packages for commercial and SMB solar energy systems.

• The role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are technically viable, commercially feasible, and aligned with customer energy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Solar System Design & Documentation:

• Determine optimal system capacity and equipment configuration based on customer load profiles.
• Integrate generator and grid connections with solar and battery equipment.
• Develop single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, solar panel layouts, bill of quantities, and other technical documents.
• Clearly package design work for use by installation teams.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure designs are followed during installation.

Site Assessments:

• Conduct technical inspections of customer facilities.
• Evaluate roof structures, available land, electrical infrastructure, and environmental conditions.
• Measure installation areas using appropriate surveying tools.
• Assess shading, orientation, and structural integrity.
• Prepare detailed site assessment reports.

Compliance:

• Ensure designs comply with relevant technical standards and building codes

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Design delivery time

• Design approval rate

• Technical documentation quality

• Site assessment accuracy

• Change orders resulting from inaccurate assessments or designs

• Customer satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related discipline.
• COREN registration is an advantage.

Experience

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with solar system installation. Experience on systems larger than 100kWp preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with solar system design tools such as CAD, Helioscope, OpenSolar, or other similar design software
• Experience designing systems larger than 50kWp
