We are currently seeking a Trainee – People & Culture to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our efforts to create a positive and engaging workplace for all colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day People & Culture activities.
- Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Support colleague engagement activities and events.
- Perform other duties assigned by the People & Culture team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or a relevant professional qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
