About this role
About the Role Als Trainee (m/w/d) für IT-Management und Digitalisierung durchläufst du ein 18-monatiges Programm in Deutschland. Du sammelst Erfahrungen in 4 bis 5 Stationen unserer Teilkonzerne, kannst Inhalt und Einsatzorte mitbestimmen und übernimmst Verantwortung in IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie im operativen IT-Tagesgeschäft. Du arbeitest daran, IT-Prozesse zu optimieren und Geschäftsprozesse zu digitalisieren, und lernst zentrale IT-Komponenten in einem internationalen Familienunternehmen kennen. What You'll Do
- Durchlaufe 4-5 Stationen in unseren Teilkonzernen und bestimme Inhalt und Einsatzorte mit.
- Übernimm Verantwortung in IT- und Digitalisierungs-Projekten sowie im operativen IT-Tagesgeschäft und setze eigene Ideen um.
- Arbeite an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Prozessen, insbesondere der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen (Better-Business).
