The program includes hands-on experience in a technical department, the use of internal tools, data capture and analysis, and development of technical competencies aligned with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a technical training program within the engineering and maintenance department of a hotel.
- Work with internal tools such as EISISoft, SAP, Digital Space, COUPA and PowerBI.
- Apply knowledge in a technical hotel environment and capture relevant data.
- Deliver presentations and manage and analyze data for informed decision making.
- Develop further knowledge in the energy sector with exposure to portfolio activities across several European countries.
- Apply technical regulatory standards and practices.
Requirements
- Engineering or architecture studies.
- Desirable background in sustainability or energy consumption.
- Analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
- High proficiency in English.
- Commitment to reside in Palma de Mallorca.
