About the Role We offer in the framework of a 2-year trainee program the opportunity to bring your experiences, knowledge and personal abilities. You will gain a comprehensive insight into our corporate activities with the goal of deepening your expertise and learning our structures and processes from different perspectives. In a technically demanding and internationally oriented work environment you will work in various areas and aspects of our business (production, quality control, quality assurance, etc.). What You'll Do
- A flexible and individually designed two-year trainee program (Training on the Job) with a focus on: microbiological quality control; sterile and non-sterile production; quality assurance.
- The trainee program takes into account your talents, qualifications and preparation for your future target position.
- Integration into the everyday operational business: classical and automated microbiological laboratory analyses.
- Monitoring measures in hygiene zones and clean rooms.
- Implementation of regulatory requirements, e.g., EU GMP Guide Annex 1.
- Participation in strategically important and challenging projects in a cross-functional context.
- Ongoing mentoring from your personal mentor in management with regular feedback discussions.
- Extensive qualification modules for professional and personal development to prepare you for all challenges. What We're Looking For
- Education: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in der Pharmazie.
- Experience: A flexible and individually designed two-year trainee program focusing on: mikrobiologische Qualitätskontrolle; sterile and non-sterile production; Qualitätssicherung. Einbindung in das gesamte operative Tagesgeschäft: klassischer und automatisierter mikrobiologischer Laboranalysen. Monitoringmaßnahmen in Hygienezonen und Reinräumen. Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen, z. B. aus dem EU GMP Guide Annex 1. Mitarbeit an strategisch wichtigen und herausfordernden Projekten in einem bereichsübergreifenden Kontext. Kontinuierliche Betreuung durch Ihren persönlichen Mentor aus dem Management mit regelmäßigen Feedbackgesprächen.
