Train Validation Engineer (H/F)

About the Role Train Validation Engineer (H/F) at full time based in Valenciennes, leading validation and testing activities for high-tech railway systems. You will ensure quality, safety and compliance of validation activities, manage budgets and deliverables, coordinate internal and external test teams and client communication. What You'll Do

• Ensure QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) responsibility for train validation activities.
• Define validation budget during bids and monitor adherence throughout projects.
• Develop and execute validation plans, procedures and associated reports.
• Guarantee safety during type tests.
• Manage internal tests teams and external laboratories.
• Plan and coordinate type tests.
• Maintain effective communication with the final client.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and methodologies. What We're Looking For
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Significant project management experience, particularly in testing and/or validation activities.
• Knowledge of the railway sector would be an asset.
• Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple interfaces.
• Strong safety and quality orientation. Nice to Have
