About the Role Take on a new challenge and apply your validation and testing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, rigorous, and collaborative teammates, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance of validation activities and directly impacting project success. What You'll Do
- Define and execute type tests at the train level
- Manage internal test teams and external test laboratories
- Develop and execute validation plans, procedures, and reports
- Define the validation budget during tender phases and ensure adherence during projects
- Ensure safety during type testing and oversee QCD for validation activities
- Plan and coordinate type tests, maintain communication with end clients and project teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and methodologies
- Manage schedules, deliverables, and interfaces with stakeholders
- Liaise with end clients to maintain effective and continuous communication What We're Looking For
- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Significant experience in project management, particularly in testing/validation activities
- Knowledge of the railway sector is a plus
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple interfaces
- Strong safety and quality orientation Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating with external test laboratories and across tender phases
