About the Role The role focuses on the maintenance of next-generation electric trains. You will verify the train status on arrival at the depot, identify faults and malfunctions, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure fleet availability and reliability while complying with safety and quality standards. What You'll Do
- Verify the train status upon arrival at the depot.
- Identify faults and malfunctions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of the fleet, in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Use certified and appropriate tools for each intervention.
- Update the database that collects information on the most relevant faults.
- Inform the team daily about the status of activities.
- Respect health and safety and railway safety procedures and regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the service offered to customers and the travel experience. What We're Looking For
- Diploma di maturità (mandatory), preferably a Technical Diploma (Electrical/Electronic, IT or Mechanical).
- About 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the railway sector.
- If the experience is in the railway sector, ANSF certifications to operate on train safety systems are preferred.
- Availability to work in shifts, including night shifts and continuous rotation.
- Availability to travel even outside the region. Nice to Have
- Experience with railway safety critical systems and regulatory frameworks. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: €25,000 - €38,001 per year.
- CCNL: Metalmeccanico Industria.
- Contract type: Tempo Indeterminato or determinato depending on candidate's experience.
