About the Role
Be a central hub for workflow management and resource allocation across the creative teams. The Traffic Manager/Operations Executive ensures briefs are clear, timelines are met, and right resources are assigned to each project. This forward-planning, solution-oriented role thrives in fast-paced environments and requires strong communication to keep multiple projects moving efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Strategically plan and allocate resources across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and balance workload.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions, maintaining a forward-looking schedule.
- Receive, review, and distribute briefs to appropriate teams with clear requirements and alignment to project objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and adjust priorities to meet deadlines; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Use project management tools (preferably Asana) to manage tasks, timelines, and team collaboration; develop and maintain dashboards for visibility into project progress.
- Serve as the communication link between creative, operations, and leadership teams; facilitate smooth handoffs and ensure accountability across departments.
- Provide regular updates on project status and resource utilization.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
