About the Role Join Jump Trading Group’s Global Centralized Trading Desk as a Trader. You’ll control and monitor the performance and execution of trading strategies, provide market insights, and help manage risk while collaborating with experienced traders across disciplines. The desk operates on a four-day schedule including one weekend day. What You'll Do
- Control and monitor the performance and execution of trading strategies, and adjust risk parameters.
- Tackle operational challenges to ensure automated trading strategies operate at peak performance.
- Work with seasoned traders (locally and globally) with opportunities to influence the underlying alpha and strategies.
- Provide thorough feedback on strategy performance, market conditions, and other impactful trading observations to the team.
- Hands-on front-line trading of global markets through changing economic conditions and market events.
- Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- A passion for trading and the financial markets with at least two years’ experience
- Proven success working with automated trading systems at an electronic trading firm
- Strong Python skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Self-starting personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and predictable availability Nice to Have

- Annual Base Salary Range $100,000—$150,000 USD
