About the Role
Old Mission offers a collaborative, learning-by-doing environment in the financial markets. You’ll work across the firm’s business lines with exposure to traders, engineers and operations specialists, and you’ll benefit from a flat hierarchy and ready access to senior staff to discuss ideas. The role supports ongoing skill development through mentorship and practical experience on the desk and in informal conversations around the office.
What You'll Do
- Work on a growing list of interesting projects across the firm’s business lines and in a production environment
- Learn by doing and develop skills with mentorship from senior traders, engineers and operations specialists
- Collaborate openly with a smart, engaged team and participate in discussions with leaders anytime
- Contribute on the desk and through ad hoc conversations around the office to improve processes and outcomes
