Trade Team Leader - Port Hedland - Full Time
- About the role: Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.

- Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching & development
- Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Sound computer skills
- Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
- Availability to work alternating weekends
- Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
- Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.
