Trade Supervisor - Specialist Works – Lead Our Repairs Teams to Deliver High-Quality Services
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support operatives to deliver safe, high-quality repairs while maximising first-time-fix performance.
- Monitor contractor and operative performance, setting targets and driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently, with accurate documentation and effective use of mobile technology.
- Work collaboratively with planners, managers and supply chain partners to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Promote compliance with health and safety requirements, policies and procedures across all activities.
What you'll bring
- Experience supervising trades teams within a responsive repairs, maintenance or housing environment.
- A recognised trade qualification, supported by strong technical knowledge across multiple trades.
- Strong organisational, communication and people management skills.
- Experience using handheld technology and mobile systems to manage repairs and performance.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to analyse performance data and drive service improvements.
Essential Requirements
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- SSSTS or IOSH qualification
- Trade City & Guilds, NVQ qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience within a domestic maintenance or repairs environment
