The role leverages Jones Day's substantial experience in handling complex trade secret matters, particularly in health care and life sciences, to help clients protect proprietary information and manage risk.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on trade secret strategies, risk management, and remedies in life sciences disputes.
- Monitor and interpret developments in trade secret law and related regulatory initiatives affecting health plans and biotechnology, including ERISA, price transparency, and EU regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with partners across offices on complex litigation matters and provide practical guidance for protecting valuable assets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in trade secret litigation, preferably in health care and life sciences.
- Strong analytical and client-management skills with ability to translate regulatory developments into actionable guidance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple matters.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERISA fiduciary litigation and health plan transparency initiatives.
- Familiarity with European biotech policy developments, AI in clinical care, and regulatory sandboxes for innovation.
