About the Role The Trade Marketing Sr. Analyst ensures impeccable execution and visual quality across retail touchpoints (hubs, B2B). You will implement brand guidelines and campaigns, supervise production processes, monitor field execution, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer visual experience. You will act as a key liaison between commercial, brand, operations, and external suppliers to support business growth through consistent retail communication and optimized merchandising execution.

What You'll Do

• Ensure consistent retail execution and visual quality across all points of sale, aligning communication with key campaigns (financing, trust, security).
• Coordinate, supervise, and validate production, installation, and quality of POP materials, ensuring timelines and contractual standards.
• Identify and propose improvements in store layouts, displays, and in-store experiences to strengthen customer engagement.
• Evaluate, integrate, and manage agencies and suppliers to raise visual standards and optimize production/installation costs.
• Work closely with commercial and operations teams to prioritize high-impact locations and align retail execution with business objectives.
• Monitor field execution, ensure brand consistency, and measure campaign effectiveness via KPIs.
• Conduct store visits regularly (monthly or bimonthly) to validate merchandising standards, operational consistency, and brand guidelines.
• Analyze in-store performance, identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and profitability.

• Ability to travel to stores for visits (monthly or bi-monthly) and to operate in a fast-paced growth environment.
