Our Trade Mark Prosecution Department has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, detail driven and proactive Associate to join our established and growing practice.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced IP professionals, gaining exposure to South African and Foreign Trade Mark prosecution, client advisory work, searches, legal research and drafting within a deadline driven professional environment
Key responsibilities of the TM Prosecution Associate will include, but are not limited to:
