About the Role Track Manager - Service Line Management - Security, SAP Security in Noida, Uttar Pradesh will oversee smooth transition and stabilization of Cummins SOC services within the SIEM & SOAR operational scope. You will lead end-to-end SOC transition from incumbent/setup to steady-state operations, and establish a 24×7 SOC monitoring and incident response operating model. You will also align Splunk ES and D3 Security usage with Cummins security policies and runbooks, coordinate onboarding of log sources and SOC processes with Cummins stakeholders, and define SLA, escalation, reporting, and governance mechanisms. What You'll Do
- Lead end to end SOC transition from incumbent / setup to steady state operations.
- Establish operating model for 24×7 SOC monitoring and incident response.
- Align Splunk ES and D3 Security usage with Cummins security policies and runbooks.
- Coordinate onboarding of log sources and SOC processes with Cummins stakeholders.
- Define SLA, escalation, reporting, and governance mechanisms.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, runbook validation, and operational readiness sign off. What We're Looking For
- Experience in SOC transition and service line management, security operations, and incident response.
- Proficiency with SIEM & SOAR (Splunk ES, D3 Security) and alignment to security policies and runbooks.
- Ability to coordinate onboarding of log sources and SOC processes with stakeholders.
- Strong focus on SLA, escalation, reporting, governance, and operational readiness.
- Track record of leading 24x7 monitoring and incident response operations.
