About the Role Enterprise Observability & Vulnerability Management lead role focused on managing Elastic Stack, Grafana dashboards, vulnerabilities (Qualys), and 24x7 ICC/Command Center operations. You will drive proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and reporting across global hybrid environments.
What You'll Do
- Provide L3 support, engineering oversight, and optimization for enterprise observability and vulnerability platforms (Qualys, Elastic, Grafana, etc.).
- Ensure proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and SLA compliance across global environments supporting ICC, SOC, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Manage Elastic/Grafana dashboards, alerts, and monitoring coverage; track vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation per SLA; lead P1/P2 incidents with RCA and trend analysis.
- Monitor alerts, escalate incidents, and support 24x7 ICC/Command Center operations.
- Implement monitoring automation using Terraform/Ansible; maintain dashboards, SOPs, and knowledge base; perform performance tuning.
- Conduct governance & reporting: create and maintain dashboards, reports, and runbooks to support uptime and capacity planning.
- Drive continuous improvement and collaboration across teams to optimize health and performance.
