Direct incident, problem, and change management processes for critical database environments, leveraging expert knowledge of MSSQL and MySQL on Azure platforms. Mentor and empower support teams in advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and best practices for operational excellence in cloud database management. Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate complex client requirements into actionable solutions, driving innovation in database operations and process improvement. Oversee database backup, disaster recovery, and data retention strategies using Azure Backup and related technologies, ensuring business continuity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging Azure database features and recommending their adoption to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
