About the Role Toyohashi Plant HR Head serves as HR Business Partner for factory management, providing strategic HR support and leading HR operations at the Toyohashi plant. You will oversee GA, payroll and shared services, and drive EHS initiatives, employee development, and organizational change.
What You'll Do
- Act as HR Business Partner for factory management, providing strategic HR support and advice.
- Manage all HR operations at the factory, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including facility management, administrative support, and coordination of office services.
- Supervise Payroll and Shared Services, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Lead and develop the factory HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Support and manage EHS initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement programs.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to implement company-wide HR strategies and projects.
