Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Tourism Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement: Provide personalized travel consultations and build strong client relationships.
- Tour package development: Design and promote customized travel itineraries for individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
- Sales and marketing: Drive sales through effective promotion of travel services and packages.
- Booking management: Handle reservations, ticketing, and travel documentation.
- Destination knowledge: Provide expert advice on international and local destinations.
- Customer support: Ensure seamless travel experiences by assisting clients before, during, and after trips.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel services.
- Strong knowledge of international travel regulations and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
