Key Responsibilities
- Manage tour bookings, hotel reservations, flights and transport arrangements.
- Prepare tour itineraries, quotations and travel schedules.
- Coordinate tour guides, drivers, hotels and other service providers.
- Respond to customer enquiries, process bookings and handle cancellations.
- Follow up on payments and maintain accurate booking records.
- Promote tour packages and convert enquiries into sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel or Hospitality Management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in tour operations or reservations.
- Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of booking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
