Job title: Tour Guide Driver - Los Angeles, CA
About the Role The Tour Guide Driver is a part-time position responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of guests in our LAZ Parking environment. You will greet guests, provide information, and operate a trolley to support guest experiences while ensuring safety and proper maintenance of equipment.
What You'll Do
- Greet and interact with the public and fellow employees
- Assist guests with general information about the complex
- Work with and without supervision and follow the direction of supervisors
- Promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude
- Perform pre- and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions and safety equipment
- Conduct daily cleaning and trolley maintenance; maintain a neat appearance and uniform
- Exercise care in handling funds and reporting lost articles
- Use a two-way radio to communicate with the dispatch office or supervisor
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class C license and at least 2 years of licensed driving experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and listen; professional appearance at all times
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality and a sense of urgency
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to differing opinions
- Comfortable following manuals and instructions
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with two-way radios and basic safety equipment
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $18-$21 per hour (as listed, with benefits noting Hourly Rate $20-$21)
- Pay Active – on-demand access to earned wages
- Referral Bonus: $150 for each referred candidate who works weekends or late nights
